Taste one of the world's finest cold pressed extra virgin olive oil harvested from villages near the town of Jenin on the West Bank. Use olive oil as a dip with Zataar (Thyme mix) or as a healthy salad dressing. This can also be used in cooking for that extra exquisite taste. Not only is the oil itself blessed but also the land that produced it.
Jar of green pickled olives hand picked from farms in villages near the town of Jenin on the West Bank. The preparation is a traditional recipe used in many homes throughout Palestine. Some of the olives have been cracked before the pickling process to release that extra favour. The mix is largely made up of olives plus some slices of lemon and hot green pepper. Medjoul Dates harvested near the historical Palestinian town of Jericho. This box contains a net weight of 1kg of supreme dates. These are fresh dates of the highest quality carefully stored under a controlled cooled environment. These have been cultivated on Palestinain land by Palestinian farmers and packed by Palestinian workers.
The almond that we think of as a nut is technically the seed of the fruit of the almond tree, a medium-size tree that bears fragrant pink and white flowers. Like its cousins, the peach, cherry and apricot trees, the almond tree bears fruits with stone-like seeds (or pits) within. The seed of the almond fruit is what we refer to as the almond nut. These almonds are hand picked from Palestinian Farms in villages near the city of Jenin.
Theses Palestinian Mixed pickles are made from a variety of vegetables mixed together in the same pickling process. Mixed pickles are eaten much like other pickles: in small amounts on a side plate to add flavour to the meal. Ingredients: Green Olives, Turnip, Carrot, Cauliflower, Water, Salt, Vinegar, Pepper and spices.

Zaytoun’s non-certified oil is sourced from a number of different farming cooperatives in Palestine. Although not yet certified, it is free of pesticides and harvested by hand.
The ‘Medjoul’ is the finest of dates. It is grown in the Jericho area which has the perfect climate for producing these delicious, soft and succulent dates. They are sourced through the ‘Palm Farmers Cooperative’ and are a vital source of income in this area which is seeing vast tracts of land illegally confiscated by Israel.
